Being fit and healthy should be a part of everyone's life. We as Americans are so busy we forget about ourselves. Many Americans may not be as healthy or fit as they should be.  It is a proven fact that 75% of the American population are overweight, even our children and animals. People are diagnosed with Diabetes, Heart Disease (1 killer in American), and Obesity in our children and adults along with other problems that are serious. One thing in life your guaranteed is that we will all be gone someday. How we want to live as a person is up to you as an individual.

Most people do not  have a healthy lifestyle. They simply do not understand how their body works. Everyone thinks they know who to train and they have the best diet. Maybe an individual wants to step up there routine cause they platued or  just  want to get into a competition. Let me reassure you everyone needs someone to push them to the next level, due to the fact that most people like the same routine.

I am a certified personal trainer and will help get you change the  ways you  exercise and guide you in pursuing a new look, and live a healthier life.
My name is Toni and my  life is  to help people understand there body. As a personal trainer I believe in this system. It has been an inspiration to help a person gain knowledge, strength and confidence. You can acheive a certain  look with a personal trainer guiding you on how to  eating and  not Diet (depriving idiotic eating theories) and create a great work out program that suites your body and lifestyle. My advice to all is to love yourselves and you will love others, hate yourselves and it will reflect on the way you act. Unfortunately, In today's world, people do judge you the first time they meet you.

 What works on one person does not mean it will work as well or at all for the another person. As a personal trainer, I will take all your input and analyze it, then design a program for you that will be suited for your needs. Understand, a personal trainer can only guide your eating habits and promote good fitness skills. You can have great physique and live a energetic lifestyle. You will be the main person who will make all the decisions in your life on your eating habits and your physical limits of how you want to look. I can not force a person/persons to eat and exercise properly but surely I can encourage you to do so. These are my goals to strive for. Remember these words "Eat to live.  Don't live to eat". This will of course go along with the proper exercise program. To me exercise is the key to youth. Exercise should be part of your everyday life as well as the way you eat. What matters most is who you see yourself. (We do not stop exercising because we grow old, We grow old cause we stop exercising).

One of the biggest problems a person will have is their excuses. Once you decide that you are ready to stop making excuses for yourself, you will be ready to experience a new lifestyle. You will be on your start to a new beginning. Believe in yourself and there will be no limitations on what you can do. Strive to be the best, and you will look & feel your best.

You will have more energy, stamina, stability and the know how to help you do an exercise routine for the rest of your life. Remember everyone needs some professional advice sometime or another. You may want to lose weight before you get married, or you had a baby, or  you want to look great for your partnor or just having a healthier life. Many people let their appearances escape from them because their comfortable in a relationship or they just give up. Be happy, healthy and fit.  Look great for yourself and for your partner. Many people are dependent on medication, in which most medicications can be removed from your everyday life with a healthy exercise and diet. Of course, you will need your primary doctor clearance to do so.
